Custom printed folders are designed using a lot of templates that are available in the word processing software and online software used for designing and mostly the animation software are used to design the folders. Most of the companies have now started using custom printed folders for all their business correspondence where the folder will carry the company name along with the contact details so that the company gets advertised among the public on seeing the folder.

Most of the invitations for marriages, college functions, business function and for various other activities are built on the templates and people prefer the invitations in a custom designed manner and each individual have their own tastes and preferences. There are executive folders that are available in the form of brief case especially for carrying folders and there are manufacturers of folders who take bulk orders on custom printed folders where people approach these manufacturers to create a folder according to their specification and requirement. Almost people from all sorts of business come and give orders in large numbers and once I visited a jewelry shop and after the purchase of the jewels, the shop owner gave custom printed folders enclosing the jewels. There were a lot of such folders kept near the cash box and is used also as a source of advertising for the company by printing the company name in the folders. This is a very common aspect that can be seen in the most of textile and dressing show rooms.
